BIO
Nathan McKinney, a Colorado native, has been assisting the legal needs of clients in Colorado Springs since 1998, and compassionately works towards resolution in difficult times.
Nathan has been married to Jill McKinney since 1989. They have two children, Natalie and Jacob.
Both children are now grown adults with college educations.

Nathan opened McKinney & Associates, PC in 2001, and devotes his personal touch to each legal issue and case that comes through our doors.

Jill McKinney
Office Manager & Billing

Jill McKinney has been the Office Manager for McKinney & Associates, P.C. since its founding in 2001. She enjoys working alongside her husband, Nathan McKinney, and helping run the firm.
​
She holds an Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology from Colorado Mountain College and a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Affairs from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
​
Outside the office, she enjoys hiking, hunting, and camping in the beautiful Colorado outdoors.
Victoria Bidwell

As a Legal Assistant with experience in bankruptcy, family law, and personal injury, Victoria has developed a deep passion for the legal field.
Her interest in law began after a personal car incident, which sparked a dedication to supporting clients and legal professionals alike.

Committed to making a positive impact, she takes pride in helping others navigate difficult legal situations while continuously expanding her knowledge in the field.

With over 20 years of experience as a Family Law Paralegal, Trudy is passionate about helping clients navigate complex legal matters.
As a mother of five and grandmother of seven, family is at the heart of everything she does.

In her free time, she can be found on the trails running, indoor skydiving, at the shooting range, or relaxing at the movies.
